What are accepted payment methods?

Stripe , Paypal,  & Bitcoin  (10%  discount if paid in Bitcoin  - Please reach out for details related to this payment type) 

 

What is our reservation policy?

Rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast.

During peak periods, the deposit will be equal to 50% of the reserved stay that will be charged to your credit card upon booking. The remainder will be charged at check-out. 

What is the cancellation policy?

We cannot wait for your visit but we understand things come up so our cancellation policy is as follows:

No cancellation fee.

Reservations can be cancelled up until 48 hours prior to the stay with a full refund. If you need to cancel for any reason, send us an email so we can ensure your reservation is cancelled within our system.

 

What are the check-in/check-out times?

Room check-in is 5 pm

If you arrive early you are welcome to relax in our garden space or salotto until your room is ready. 

 

Room check-out is 2 pm.

Whenever we travel, we love late check-outs so if you simply want to sleep in or if some last minute plans pop up that you want to take advantage of, you will have room access until 2 pm.  

 

Can you help us book dinner reservations or tours?

Absolutely!

Ask us for recommendations and we can also help set up a reservation. For tours and dinners, we recommend booking in advance to ensure a spot on the day and time of your choosing.
