Our love of places slightly off the expected path extends beyond Tuscany.
In the historic mountain town of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, at the foot of Mont Blanc, we found another place that captured everything we love about travel — incredible landscapes, outdoor adventure, wonderful food and a strong sense of local life.
Our three-bedroom alpine home is a place to slow down, head into the mountains and experience the French Alps beyond the ski resort. Located just 20 minutes from Chamonix, France.
Location
Les Sources de Canopée is a brand new building located in the center of Saint Gervais Les Bains just a few mins walk to the ski lifts, shops, restaurants, bakery, & supermarket. Saint Gervais is a very charming, all year round village just a few km from the world famous up market town of Megeve and only 20 minutes by car to Chamonix. It sits in the Evasion Mont Blanc ski domain with its 450km of slopes which lies in full view of the largest mountain in Europe- Mont Blanc.

Views
From the window of the living room, you can see the mountains in the distance and the main church of St Gervais. Off of the living room is a small terrace to soak in the crisp winter or summer air. Cozy, warm, and comfortable were top of mind when designing this mountain apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs including pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses and more. A bakery across the street and the supermarket is about a 6 minute walk. Perfect for cooking and entertaining as the table seats 8. Wifi is strong and constant which makes it a great place to work remotely.
Building Amenities
This brand new building is equipped with a pool, sauna, steam room, kids play area, bike storage room, ski lockers, laundry in the building, and one garage parking space.
Also, tenants have access to the concierge and massages (to be booked onsite).
