Cipresso e Pietra is an intimate, adults-only countryside retreat designed for slower travel and curated stays. With just three rooms, the property is best experienced as a private escape—whether for a group gathering or a thoughtfully planned individual stay.
We are located in the small medieval village of Lucignano, just south of Florence. and recently designated by Italy's Tourism Office as "One of the most beautiful small towns of Italy".
This is a place to unpack and unwind. We welcome long evenings, lazy mornings, and tailored experiences that help you uncover hidden gems of Tuscany. Tucked into the hillside, the location grants you views of the valley and walking distance to bars and restaurants. It is also a perfect jumping-off point to explore lesser-known towns and more popular destinations like Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, and San Gimignano.
